A 15′ (457cm) kayak that can be paddled solo or tandem, The Convertible Elite combines Advanced Elements aluminum rib-frame technology in the bow and stern, and rigid drop-stitch technology in the floor, to provide paddling performance that rivals that of a hard-shell kayak. The versatile open deck design can be converted to a closed deck kayak in a matter of seconds by simply zipping in the optional single or double deck conversions (see SKU: AVEDCD) and the upgraded lumbar seats provide comfort for hours of paddling!

Features Drop-Stitch Technology!:
As shown in Advanced Elements inflatable standup paddle boards (SUPs), drop-stitch technology allows Advanced Elements to create high pressure forms that are extremely rigid. The drop-stitch floor in this kayak creates a hull with chine, which enhances the tracking and hull speed, and adds unparalleled rigidity in an inflatable kayak. Hull Design: Built-in aluminum rib-frame technology in the bow and stern, and drop-stitch technology in the floor, improves tracking, rigidity, and hull speed. Durable: 3 Layers of material for extreme puncture resistance. Easy to Set Up: Pre-assembled at the factory. Simply unfold, inflate and attach the seats. Inflation and deflation are easy with Advanced Elements Spring Valve. Boat has high-back with inflatable lumbar support, D-ring tie downs, molded low-profile rubber handles for transporting kayak to and from the water and reinforced bow and stern seams. Hull is made from durable double-coated fabric, has paddle holders, skeg tracking fin and has 6 chambers for added safety. Deck lacing for quick access to gear and rip-stop fabric construction. The Kayak measures (L x W) 15′ x 32″ (457cm x 81.3cm), weighs 52 lbs. (23.6 kg), is designed for 1 to 2-persons with a maximum weight capacity of 550 lbs. (249.5 kg). When folded the kayak measures (L x W x D) 35″ x 21″ x 12″ (89cm x 53.3cm x 30.5cm) providing portability: No roof rack needed! Pack in the trunk of your car or fly it to remote destinations.
