Updated for 2019 with a new color and graphics, this agile crossover kayak has something for everyone. Boat sized for two, is the tandem version of Aire’s Strike with all the same great features. Its unique hull design makes the strike a maneuverable whitewater boat as well as a calm water kayak with excellent tracking characteristics. When multiple boats aren’t an option, because of space or cost, the Strike can satisfy multiple paddling needs. Take advantage of its size and load it with gear for a scenic fall camping getaway or hit a runoff-swollen river in the spring for an adrenaline surge. The unique V-shaped hull design handles both well. With a beefier bow and stern plus comfortable carrying handles the Tributary Strike 2-Person Kayak has much to offer. The bow and stern are upturned enough to deflect waves in whitewater but not enough to be troublesome in the wind. The Strike is craft constructed using 3-chamber urethane bladders and radio frequency (RF) welded seams and a durable PVC outer shell with a base fabric of 1000 denier. The Strike can be used on day trips or lightweight overnighters.

2-sets of drain holes for rapid self-bailing drainage, plenty of lashing points for cargo with 12-sets of cargo loops and a comfortable, adjustable Cheetah Chairs with a rear seat pockets make this one well set-up boat. Inflation and deflation are made easy with the AIRE Summit II Valves. The Kayak measures (L x W) 148″ x 36.5″ (376 cm x 92.7 cm), has a maximum load capacity of 450 lbs. (204 kg), weighs 37 lbs. (16.78 kg), tube diameter of 10″ (25.4 cm), with a 9.5″ (24 cm) bow to stern rise and 108″ (274.3 cm) waterline. Kayak comes in lime color, includes an extensive repair and patch kit and owner’s manual. The kayak is proudly made in the USA.
